After your request, you will receive a tracking code by email (e.g. DOC-2026-4587). Go to the "Track my request" page, enter this code along with your email or phone.
We accept PDF, JPG and PNG files. Each file must not exceed 5 MB.
Processing times vary by document type, from 2 business days (residence certificate) to 90 days (residence permit). The indicative time is displayed on each document page.
Yes. All your data is encrypted and stored securely, in compliance with GDPR. Your files are only accessible to our authorized agents.
If rejected, you will receive an email explaining the reason. You can submit a new request by correcting the missing or incorrect information.
Contact us via the Contact page with your tracking code. We can cancel your request if it has not yet been processed.
Some documents involve official fees (e.g. passport, residence permit). These amounts are displayed on each document page. Most documents are free.
